    MARRBURY 200g WILD CREE SMOKED SALMON

    Caught from our own “net & coble” salmon fishings on the River Cree, this sublime smoked salmon is caught, cured, smoked and carved all by Vincent Marr himself.

    To this day, Vincent in following with the Marr family traditions, still "Net & Coble" salmon fishes with his wife Ruby. Each and every pack of Wild Cree Smoked Salmon, has been caught by Vincent and Ruby personally. From the sea to your plate, untouched by any other than the Marrs, this is REAL smoked salmon at its very very best!

    So good is this smoked salmon, when HM Queen Elizabeth held a banquet to welcome the Worlds Presidents and Leaders, for the G8 Summit, it was Marrbury Wild Cree Smoked Salmon which was chosen for the starter course

    MARRBURY 200G GIN AND VODKA DILL PEPPERED GRAVADLAX

    Cured to our own recipe for nearly four days, this wonderful gravadlax has a firm texture and a very rich flavour. With a dill and black pepper crust, this Gravadlax is simply outstanding. There is none of the usual "wet" texture that some gravadlaxes have in this speciality food. This you will find is firm to the bite and packed with sweet peppery dill flavour!

    Ths photograph here was taken when Ruby and Vincent were asked to attend a garden party for the elite members and guests of Loch Lomond Golf Club for the Berkley Scottish Open. Accompanied by Executive Chef Billy Campbell, Ruby and Vincent took great pleasure that evening serving top golfers and movie stars such as former Charlie's Angel, Cheryl Ladd! (She told us she just adores our smoked salmon!). Also stopping to chat that evening, the Duke of York Prince Andrew!
