GRAND PLANS AT MARRBURY SMOKEHOUSE

Wow, what a year so far! Despite the current economic climate, Vincent and I thrive on challenge and as always continue each year to add new and exciting facilities at Marrbury Smokehouse.
This year, we installed new kitchen facilities at Carsluith in order to offer our visitors our "Smoked N' Battered" chip shop style take away! Already this had proved beyond doubt to be a winner and the feedback we are receiving is absolutely superb! With items such as our famous fish suppers (a whole steak of our award winning lightly cured smoked salmon wrapped in chip shop style batter) to sensational smoked organic pork sausage suppers... every dish on our menu is taking our visitors by storm! One can sit in, or take away, and even pre order for call & collect. Perfect if you are on holiday in the area nearby. We have also won the hearts of our own local folks here, and we would like to thank all of them for the tremendous support we have received!
A whole new team of staff have joined us here at Carsluith allowing us to open for that much needed seven days.

Our biggest news this year is that we are expanding and set to open our branch two - "Marrbury Smokehouse @ Portpatrick"!
Situated in the beautiful location of Portpatrick, this is an area which has always been close to our hearts and is loved by visitors from all over the world. We are HOPING to open by the end of May bank holiday, please check our website opening hours for up to date information.
Our branch at Portpatrick will feature a wonderful smokehouse deli shop, fabulous cafe/bistro and of course, the all new "Smoked N' Battered" chip shop style take out. Our painters and joiners have moved in, so we are amidst renovations right now, but please do check back soon to find out our opening date.
Our TV filming continues, and all will be revealed hopefully by summer this year.
