I have always been facinated by the castle as we motor past, however, this year we made time to stop on our way home to Northern Ireland. Oh, WOW, you have the best smoked produce that I have ever tasted. Next time on our way to England I'm going to make sure we stop BOTH times we pass. x

We spent a week on holiday in Kirkcudbright and visited your centre at Carsluith Castle, not once, not twice but THREE times! Fabulous food, fantastic staff, our kids loved the castle, and your staff were just so helpful. Much more than just a cafe/shop.. you made our holiday special! Be getting more from you at Christmas time. See you next year, and thank you Ruby, it was such a pleasure chatting with you!
We have been eating your salmon for many years now at the Steam Packet in Isle of Whithorn, but the last time I checked you didn't have mail order. So glad you do now - looking forward to next Wednesday . . . .
Mmmm... smoked trout was lovely! Smoked goats cheese salad for lunch tomorrow and then when the house is empty, it's a bottle of nice red leaopards leap and a LARGE portion of Thai smoked salmon. HEAVEN, thankyou and I WILL be ordering on line. Keep up the excellent work xx

We loved having our pictures taken in the shop but most of all ate blissfully of our smoked trout and salmon - not to mention the goat's cheese - we wish you all well and every success...
It was great to meet you yesterday Vincent. Our dinner party was a huge success, particularly because of the smoked fish platter!!! Outstanding quality not to be found anywhere else in the world!! We have just had Smoked Haddock for dinner and died and gone to heaven!!
Will be back on 11th July with our friends from Northampton to buy lots more! Meant to ask, do you do any tours of the smokehouse as our friend Martin who is coming on 11th July, has a huge passion for smoked foods and would love to see it being made. If you don't, don't worry, I am sure he will be just as happy at eating the results!!!

ive enjoyed marrbury smoked salmon since I discovered it on holiday in Scotland. The mail order service is spot on so I can enjoy it when ever i want.thank you.
Our Christmas was made complete by our Marrbury smoked salmon and those lovely smoked scallops, split with smoked cheese.
